It is a bit funny because the name says Banglore but we are actually located in Jhansi, specifically in the Bhel Township. We are at Type-3/57 in Sector-2. Being in a township like this means we see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It is a quiet area, not like the big city at all. We handle the food side of things here for Tgi Friday’S. The kitchen gets hot and the prep work starts pretty early in the morning. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sure the supplies arrived from the delivery trucks. It is a simple setup in a residential-style block, so it feels more like a local spot than a big restaurant chain. We have our regulars who come in and know exactly what they want without looking at a menu. The staff here is just a few local folks who live nearby. We do not have any big signs or bright lights outside. You just kind of have to know where we are. Sometimes the water pressure is low or we have to wait for a part for the oven, but we manage. It is a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the kitchen clean. It is honest work and the people in the township are nice to deal with every day when we serve them.
