The restaurant is on the first floor near the Virbadra Temple in Kodihalli. If you are looking for us, we are right above the ground level shops, and you can usually hear the music from the stairs. Amit Kumar is the one who handles a lot of the back-end stuff here. It gets really loud during the dinner rush when the kitchen is going full speed. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure the bar is stocked up. The 7th Cross area can get really packed with cars, so finding a spot to park is always a bit of a gamble for the staff too. We start our shift by checking the fridge and making sure all the ingredients for the burgers and appetizers are fresh. It’s a lot of standing on your feet for hours. Sometimes the air conditioning plays up, but we try to fix it quickly. We have a lot of regulars who come in from the nearby offices after they finish work. They usually want the same thing every time. The kitchen staff are always shouting orders back and forth to keep things moving. It’s a bit chaotic but it works. We aren't doing anything secret, just cooking food and serving drinks as fast as we can. When the shift ends, we are all pretty tired but ready to do it again tomorrow. We just clean the grills, lock the doors, and head home for some sleep.
