Well, if you look at the records, our details are pretty straightforward, though we don't always list everything out in a big fancy way. The address is just listed as being 'as per record' in the books, but we have been in the same spot for quite a while now. We are just a local spot where people come to eat and hang out after they finish work for the day. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building, with the sound of pans hitting the stove and the staff shouting out orders. We have these heavy tables and chairs that have been around for a while, and they’ve seen a lot of people come and go. It’s not a quiet place, especially on a Friday night when things really get moving. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the drinks are cold. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu, and we just have to tell folks we’re sorry and offer them something else. That's just how it goes in a real kitchen. Our staff is a mix of young kids working their first job and older folks who have been in the service industry forever. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place to grab a bite.
