Our place is on the 3rd Cross, 1st Main in Bangalore, specifically in the 560071 pin code area. Bangalore has grown so much, but our little corner still feels like the old city in some ways. We deal with information services for the textile world, so it’s a lot of data and keeping track of what’s happening in the industry. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s a two-story building and we have our desks set up near the windows to get some natural light. The traffic on the main road can get pretty bad around five in the evening, so we usually try to finish up before the rush or just stay late until it clears out. It’s not a flashy place. We have a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and a small area for making tea. We spend most of our time looking at reports or talking to people about market trends. It’s practical work. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up in neon. Most of our clients just know where we are or they reach us online anyway. We’ve got a small crew and we like it that way. No one wears a suit here. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families when the day is finally done and the lights are off.
