We are based up in Yelahanka New Town, at 192, Smig 12 B. Bangalore is a big city, but being out in Yelahanka feels a bit different. Tero Technology has been running from this location for a while. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our time on computers. It’s not one of those massive tech parks with glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we do our coding and technical support. We have a small group of people here who know their stuff. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No one wears suits and we don't have long meetings about "values." We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the center of Bangalore, which is nice for focusing. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab lunch at a local spot. We've been here long enough that the shopkeepers know us. We handle software projects and some hardware things too. It's practical work. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. If someone has a tech problem, they come to us, and we see if we can solve it. It’s an honest way to run a business. The office can get a bit messy when we're busy, but it's a good mess. We have some old servers humming in the background and a few chairs that have seen better days. It is just our little workspace in the city.
