Terminus The Residency. Koramangala

You can find us at Number 48 in the 5th Block of the Koramangala Industrial Layout. This is right in the heart of Bangalore, a city that never seems to stop moving. We go by Terminus The Residency. Being in the 560095 area means we are surrounded by tech companies and warehouses. The traffic outside is always a mess, especially during the morning and evening rush. We spend a lot of time inside trying to ignore the honking of the horns. Our building is a straightforward residency. It is not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in other parts of the city. We have a regular crew of people who keep the place clean and make sure the security gate works. We don't have any interest in sounding corporate. We are just a group of people providing a place to stay in a very busy part of town. The weather in Bangalore is usually the best thing about being here, though the rain can make the industrial layout a bit muddy. We don't have a big philosophy about what we do. We just make sure the rooms are okay and the bills are paid. It is a lot of routine work, like checking the water tanks and the electricity. We stay busy enough without needing to advertise much. It is just a normal place for normal people. We have been here for a while and we know how the neighborhood works.
