Tentabs Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is based at 161, Parangipalya Road, in the HSR Layout area. If you know Bangalore, you know that HSR is a mix of quiet residential streets and a lot of new companies popping up everywhere. Our building is right there on the road, so we hear the bikes and cars zooming past at all hours. Inside, it is a bit more relaxed, with people sitting at their computers and a lot of wires running across the floor. We are not a giant corporation with a cafeteria or anything like that. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on, and that is about it. The walls are mostly bare, and we have a few whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we can really understand. Working here means dealing with the typical Bangalore traffic if you leave even five minutes late, so we are all pretty good at timing our day. It is a simple setup where the focus is on the screens and the code we are writing. We are just a small team of people who like solving problems and hanging out together in this part of town. Sometimes we head out to the local parks in HSR during the evening to get some fresh air. It is a decent place to work, and we don't feel the need to make it look fancier than it actually is.
