Over in Vyalikaval, you’ll find us at Telamon HR Solutions. It’s a nice neighborhood, quite green in some parts, and we like being based here. Our work involves a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes. Finding the right person for a job is harder than it sounds on paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting folks who are looking for a change. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and chairs and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s basically just connecting people who need workers with people who need work. We've seen the job market go up and down over the years. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be helpful to everyone who reaches out, even if we don't have an immediate answer for them. It’s a bit of a juggling act sometimes. We’ve been in Vyalikaval for a while now and we know the local shops pretty well. It’s a good place to be. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a reliable one that people can talk to without feeling like they’re just a number. It’s personal work for us, and we take it one day at a time. The files are stacked high, but we know where everything is.
