Tecsol Engineer S Pvt Ltd is on the 2nd floor of building number 1086 in Manasanagar, Nagarabavi. Since we are in Bangalore, we have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years with more buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is simple and nothing special to look at from the outside. We have some desks and a few computers where we get all our engineering work done throughout the day. It is a quiet enough place once you get inside and away from the noise of the street. We don't have many people on the team, just a small group of us who know what we are doing. A lot of our time is spent looking at calculations and working on technical drawings. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a project takes longer than we planned, but we just keep working at it until it is finished. We do not have a mission statement or any of those things that big corporations like to talk about. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to see our families. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to it. We usually have some tea in the afternoon to keep our energy up. It is a normal, everyday place where people work hard and don't make a big deal out of anything. We just do the work.
