Techwrit Technologies India is based in the UKN Esperanza complex on Varthur Main Road. Specifically, we’re in RH.3 in the Thubrahalli area. If you’ve ever been on Varthur road, you know how the traffic can be. It’s usually a bit of a mess outside with the construction and buses, but inside the complex, it’s surprisingly calm. The office is more like a row house or a residential unit that we’ve converted for work. It has a bit of character compared to those big glass towers in the tech parks. We have our computers set up in the main rooms. There’s a small area outside where we can stand and catch some air for a few minutes. Thubrahalli has changed a lot lately, with new shops and apartments popping up everywhere. We usually walk to a nearby stall for tea in the late afternoon. The office inside is a bit cluttered with papers and some old hardware we haven't thrown out yet. We don't really mind the mess. It’s a place where we can actually sit down and get things done. Sometimes the water supply is an issue, but that’s just part of Bangalore life. We’ve been here for a while and the location works for us because many of us live nearby. It’s a practical spot without all the fancy extras. We just show up and do the work.
