Techwell Systems & Services

Techwell Systems & Services is situated in Rajajinagar, over in Urban Estate Phase II, at number 2. It’s a small shopfront that we have converted into a workspace. We deal with all sorts of computer systems and electronic services. Usually, the floor is covered with towers and monitors that are waiting to be looked at. We have a workbench in the back with a soldering iron and a bunch of small tools that always seem to go missing when you need them. It is just a couple of us working here. We aren't part of any big chain. We just help the people in the Rajajinagar neighborhood when their tech starts acting up. The light in here is a bit flickery, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we are doing. We spend a lot of our time explaining things to customers who aren't really sure why their stuff stopped working. It is a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error sometimes. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We just fix things and try to make sure they stay fixed for a while. It’s a good way to spend the day if you like puzzles and can handle a bit of frustration.
