We are over at Ferns Residency Layout in K Narayanapura. It’s out near Kothanur. The office is at No 1 and 2. It’s actually a pretty nice area, a bit away from the heavy city traffic that clogs up the middle of Bangalore. You get a bit more fresh air here. The office is simple. We have our systems set up and that’s about all there is to it. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive art. It’s a quiet layout, so it’s easy to focus on what we are doing. A few of us travel quite a distance to get here, but once we are inside, it’s just work. We handle systems and tech stuff. Sometimes we walk around the layout during our afternoon break just to stretch our legs and get some sun. There aren't many shops right next door, so we usually bring our own food from home. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s families and stories. No one wears suits or anything formal. We just come in, do the work, and head home to our families. The building is sturdy and does the job for us. It feels more like a home office than a corporate site, which suits our style perfectly.
