Our shop is at 434/1 Krishnarajpuram Station Road, right across from where the old post office used to be. We are also near the TVS showroom, so if you see that, you’re close. It is a busy street with people always heading toward the station. We handle a lot of technical repairs and servicing here. The team is just a few of us who have been working with machines and electronics for years. It’s a dusty job sometimes. The front door is usually open to let some air in because the fans don't always do the trick in the heat. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they live in the neighborhood or saw our sign while going to the station. We have tools scattered all over the place and there is usually a radio playing in the background. It isn't a corporate environment at all. We just show up, see what needs fixing, and get to it. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, which can be annoying for the customers and for us too. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If a machine is too old to fix, we’ll just say so instead of wasting everyone’s time. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far in Krishnarajpuram. We’ve known the post office workers and the showroom guys for years.
