Technic Services

Technic Services is based out of Emerald House, which is over in J Block of Banashankari 3rd Stage. We’ve been operating from this MIDC 91 area for quite some time now. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix, so there’s always something happening right outside the windows. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our equipment and handle the paperwork for the service calls we get. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, mostly focusing on maintenance and getting things running again when they stop. Being in Banashankari means we’re right in the middle of a lot of action, and getting around to different sites can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we make it work. We don't use any complicated systems to run things here. It's just a matter of answering the phone and heading out with the tool kit. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years, so we work together pretty well without needing a lot of formal meetings or corporate talk. Emerald House has been our home base, and even though it’s just a regular building, it suits us fine. We spend most of our time out on jobs, so the office is mostly just for storing parts and taking a break. It’s honest work, and we like the fact that we’re helping keep things moving in the local area. We're usually around.
