Techiendex Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated in the 6th Phase of J.P. Nagar. We are located in the Balaji Paradise building, right in the Banashankari area of Bangalore. It is a nice part of the city with a lot of trees and houses around. Our workspace is not overly large, but it fits our team just fine. We have rows of desks and a lot of tangled power cords near the floor. Most of our day is spent in front of monitors. We aren't the type of company that has a fancy lounge or a pool table. We just have a small corner where we keep the water filter and some biscuits. The area is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the software side of things. We usually see the same people walking their dogs outside while we are working. Being in J.P. Nagar means we are close to some good food spots, so we often head out for a quick bite together. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. We have some shelves filled with old manuals and boxes that we haven't opened in months. It is a very normal, human environment where we just try to do our jobs well and go home to our families.
