Tech Willow Systems

We are located at Surabhi Apartment, specifically at 102/14 in Banashankari 3rd Stage, over in the Austin Town Layout area. Tech Willow Systems isn't one of those big tech companies with a glass building and a fountain out front. We operate out of this apartment space because it’s quiet and it works for us. Most of the time, the place is full of computer parts and boxes that we haven't gotten around to throwing away yet. There are three of us usually, and we spend our days mostly on the phones or typing away at keyboards. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s nice to have a bit of peace while we work on technical stuff. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks a lot, or you can hear people talking in the hallway, but it’s just part of being here. We don't have a formal dress code or scheduled meetings every hour. We just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed or discussed. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. People who come to visit us for the first time sometimes get a bit lost in the layout of the apartments, but once they find 102/14, they see we are just a hardworking group. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon; we just try to get the systems running like they should. It’s a modest setup, but it’s where all the work happens every single day of the week. We like it that way.
