Our office is tucked away in Potters Colony, right near the Rbmns Ground. It’s a quiet enough area in the New Extension part of Sivan Chetty Gardens, though you can hear the kids playing outside sometimes. We spend most of our time sitting at these old desks looking at code and trying to fix bugs that shouldn't be there in the first place. It is just a handful of us here, mostly engineers who have been working together for a few years now. We have some servers that hum in the corner and they make the room a bit too warm in the summer. We started this because we liked building things, and now we just spend our days making sure the software actually does what it is supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering food and just sitting in front of the screens until the eyes get tired. There is no big corporate lobby or anyone to greet you at the door; you just walk up and we are probably all wearing headphones. We deal with a lot of different tech stuff, from small updates to bigger systems that take months to get right. It’s hard work and it gets frustrating when the internet goes slow, but we like the challenge of solving problems that keep people stuck. Every day is different but it always involves a lot of coffee and patience.
