Team Software

Team Software is based over at Wilson Garden, specifically in Brigade Plaza near the old Movieland Theater and Anand Rao Circle. The address is Sheshadri Road 234 51. It’s a very central spot, which makes it easy to get to, even if the traffic around Anand Rao Circle is a complete mess most of the time. Our office is inside the plaza, and it’s a pretty standard workspace. We have rows of desks where people sit and work on various software projects. It’s not a silent office; there’s always someone talking or the sound of keyboards clicking away. We don’t really go in for any of that corporate culture stuff you read about online. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. The area around Sheshadri Road has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Sometimes we go out near the theater for a break. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the elevator being slow or the lights flickering occasionally. We don’t mind it much. It’s a comfortable place for us to work. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other. We just get the requirements and start building what’s needed. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the city and keep the business going every year without any extra drama.
