Te Chacko Structural Engineers is located at 17 Banaswadi Main Road, right near the 7th Cross. Our office is a modest space where we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and working through calculations. It’s not a flashy architectural firm with art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of technical books and stacks of drawings that have been rolled up for months. We’re a small group of engineers and helpers who prefer to get into the details of how a building actually stands up. Most of our day involves talking to contractors or visiting sites to see how the concrete is being poured. The office can get a bit loud because of the traffic on Banaswadi Main Road, but we’ve learned to tune it out when we’re concentrating on a difficult plan. We don’t use much marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself when the structure is finished. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a desk or on the phone arguing about steel reinforcements. We’re practical people. We don't care much for trends or making things look pretty if they aren't solid first. It’s a straightforward job, and we’ve been at this same spot for quite a few years now. The 7th Cross is a familiar landmark for us, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here, just doing the engineering work that keeps things safe and functional. We make sure the buildings are put together the right way.
