Tcube Synergy India Private Limited

Out towards Yelahanka, in a place called Mediagrahara Village, is where Tcube Synergy India Private Limited is set up. Specifically, we are at No 41/2. It’s a bit different from the crowded center of Bangalore. It feels a little more open here, though the city is definitely catching up fast. Our office is basically where the work happens, no frills attached. We deal with synergy and tech stuff, but mostly it's just a lot of coordination and making sure things match up. The building isn't new, but it serves us well enough. We have a few desks pushed together and a whiteboard that's usually covered in scribbles that only half of us can read. The commute out to Yelahanka Hobli can be a bit of a trek depending on where everyone is living, but once we're here, it’s a good environment to focus. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of our budget goes into the equipment we actually use for the work. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s plenty to keep us busy. We like the fact that we’re slightly away from the madness of the main city roads. It gives us a bit of breathing room. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job correctly and keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. The Bengaluru weather helps keep the mood okay even on the busy days.
