Imars Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at No.-4 on the second floor. We are on 2nd Cross in Bhuvanappa Layout, which is right off Tavarekere Main Road. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how busy the traffic gets. We spend a lot of our time in this office. It is a small space with desks lined up for the team. We work on software and various tech projects throughout the day. It is not like those massive tech parks on the edge of the city; it feels much more personal here. We have a tiny balcony where we take our breaks to get some fresh air. You can see the street below and all the bikes parked in rows. The building is a little bit old but it serves our purpose well enough. We do not have a canteen or anything fancy like that. We just head out to the local shops when we need some tiffin or snacks. The stairs are a bit steep, so we get our exercise carrying our bags up every morning. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just sit down and write the code that is needed. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult bug for hours and drink way too much coffee to stay focused. It is just a simple team of people who happen to like technology. We do not have an HR department, we just talk to each other.
