We are tucked away at 159 on the 1st Main in Bangalore. Our spot is called Mahadeshwar Nilay. If you know Kaveri Nadi Road, you know how it gets during the morning hours. We're right there at the 3rd Cross. Working with earthmovers means things aren't always quiet. There's usually someone coming in to ask about a machine or checking on a schedule. The office isn't fancy. It's got some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side tables. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at maintenance logs. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Most of the people around here are regulars who’ve lived in the area for years. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open. We usually keep them shut because of the dust that comes off the road. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a group of us trying to keep the machines moving and making sure the logs are updated. Most days start early with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to get done before the sun gets too high. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the business running day to day.
