You can find our office on the first floor of the Pride Quadra building. We are located at 30 Bellary Road in the Hebbal area of Bangalore. Most people who live in this city know how the traffic can get around Hebbal, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the rush. Our space here at Komatsu India is pretty functional. We don’t have a lot of decorations or fancy gadgets. It’s mostly just a place for us to sit down, get on the computers, and handle the logistics for our heavy machinery business. We deal with a lot of parts and service requests from all over India. It keeps us pretty busy from the moment we walk in. We aren't the ones out there driving the big excavators, but we are the ones making sure they are where they need to be. Sometimes the building can get a little crowded, especially near the elevators in the morning. We just go about our business and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea when we need a break. It’s a straightforward environment. No one here is trying to be anything they aren't. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the customers get their equipment on time. It is a decent place to spend our working hours in Bangalore.
