Tata-Elxs

Down at No 42 Kannur Bidarahalli 3rd Cross, you will find the Tata-Elxs office. It is not on one of those massive main roads that everyone knows, which is actually a bit of a relief because it is slightly quieter back here. To get to us, you have to navigate through the 3rd cross, which can be a bit tricky if you are not looking closely at the building numbers. We have been set up in this spot for a while now, and it has become a second home for most of the staff. The building itself is pretty straightforward, no giant statues or marble lobbies to speak of. We just have our workstations, a small area for breaks, and a lot of computers running all day long. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans and the AC units going to keep things manageable. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute from the surrounding neighborhoods. We are not into the whole corporate culture of long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we just catch up over a quick coffee in the break room and then get back to whatever project is on the screen. It is a very grounded atmosphere where everyone knows each other’s names. You won't find any marketing gurus here, just a bunch of people who are good at what they do and prefer to stay out of the spotlight.
