Tata Power Solar

Tata Power Solar is based at number 78 in Electronics City, Phase I, down by the Hosur area. It is a big facility, which is what you would expect for this part of Bangalore. The roads around here are always busy with buses and commuters. Inside the gates, it is a bit more organized. We have different buildings for different parts of the work. Some of us spend the whole day in the lab areas, while others are out in the warehouse or the assembly sections. It is a lot of walking back and forth between the blocks. We have a decent cafeteria because there are so many of us here. The morning commute is the toughest part of the day, honestly. Once everyone gets inside, it is just about getting through the tasks on the list. We have a lot of equipment that needs constant checking, so there are people moving around with clipboards all the time. It is a very structured place, which is necessary when you have this many people under one roof. The lights stay on late some nights if a big shipment is being prepared. We have some trees around the parking lot which provide a bit of shade, but it still gets hot. It is a solid place to work, and most of us have been here for years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep everything on track without making a big deal out of it.
