Tarams-Ventures And Software Private Limited is based in Koramangala, which is a pretty lively part of Bangalore. We’re in the Venus Building, 60, 1/2 on Kalyanamantapa Road in the 1st Block of Jakkassandra. It’s a good location for a software company like ours. The office itself is practical. We have what we need to get our software projects done without much fuss. We aren't into the whole high-tech office look with bean bags and neon lights. It’s just a regular office with tables and chairs. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect. The building is easy enough to find once you get onto Kalyanamantapa Road. Being in Koramangala means there’s always something happening nearby. We usually just stick to our work, though. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who’ve been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very much. If someone has a question, they just shout across the room. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we’re close to a deadline, but we get things done. We like the local vibe and the fact that we can get a good meal nearby. It's a solid place to spend the work week. We just focus on the software and keep going.
