Tandemloop Technologies Private Limited

Tandemloop Technologies is based in Nagarbhavi, right on 2nd Cross off Isec Main Road. It’s a nice area of Bangalore, maybe a little quieter than the eastern side of the city. We have a decent space at number 42. It’s where we do all our coding and development work. The team is a mix of different ages, but we all share the same goal of just getting the code to run without crashing. Our office setup is pretty basic. We have some decent chairs because we sit a lot, and plenty of power strips for all the laptops. Nagarbhavi has a bit more space, so we don't feel as cramped as some other startups. There’s a small balcony where some of the guys go to stand when they’re stuck on a problem. We don’t have a chef or a gym. We usually just order in or bring boxes from home. The name Tandemloop came from the idea of things working together, but mostly we just focus on the task right in front of us. Some days are long, especially when a release is coming up. We talk about movies or local news while we wait for things to compile. It’s a relaxed place to work. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to build solid technology that actually works for the people who pay us. It's a simple operation with no corporate fluff.
