Taltech Technologies Private Limited

Working out of Whitefield means dealing with a lot of dust and traffic, and Taltech Technologies is right in the middle of it on the Main Road. We occupy numbers 48 and 50 in M.D. Pura. It’s a pretty functional space. There isn't much decor to speak of, just rows of desks and a lot of wiring running along the floor. The area is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of vehicles outside our window. We do tech work, which mostly involves sitting in front of screens for eight hours or more. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to actually talk to each other. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just building things and fixing bugs for our clients. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or something quick from a nearby shop. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always spinning. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in tech for years and a few younger ones just starting out. It’s a practical environment. No one wears ties. We just show up, do the coding or the testing, and then head home through the Whitefield rush hour. It's a living. The office is big enough for us but small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on today.
