Sadashiva Nagar is one of those areas that feels a bit more established, with some older trees and a bit of a slower pace compared to the tech hubs. Our office fits into that vibe quite well. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our time on software and customer-related tasks. We have a few different rooms for meetings, but most of the work happens at the open desks where everyone sits together. There isn't much in the way of corporate flair here; it’s more about having a quiet place to get things done. We usually have a kettle going for tea and coffee throughout the day. The windows look out onto the street, and it’s nice to watch the neighborhood activity during breaks. Sometimes the 1st Cross gets a bit jammed with parked cars, which can be a headache, but otherwise, it's a decent spot. We don't really do the whole big corporate mission statement thing. We just show up, look at what needs to be fixed or built that day, and get to it. Most of us live nearby or have figured out the best way to get here without spending hours in traffic. It’s a steady kind of life in a nice part of town.
