Talentical Private Limited

Talentical Private Limited is based in the Defense Layout area of Sahakar Nagar. You can find us at 143A/144B. We are close to Kodigehalli and Yelahanka, which is way up in the northern part of Bangalore. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of the city, but it is much quieter up here. Our space is in a residential-feeling neighborhood, so it does not feel like a cold office building. We have two units combined to give us enough room for everyone to sit. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a plain building. Inside, we just have our desks and some basic stuff. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We are just a group of people who come here to work on our projects. The Defense Layout is a pretty nice spot with some parks nearby, which is good when we need to step out for some air. We spend most of our time just getting through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but we try to keep a normal schedule. We do not have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. We just rely on doing our work well enough that we can keep coming back the next day. It is a simple operation in a good part of town that we have grown to like.
