Talentcrew Tech Private Limited is tucked away in the BTM Layout area. Our address is No. 653, right at the BTM Layout Cross. Specifically, we are over in Hulimavu, which is part of the BTM 6th Stage. If you know this area, you know how many stages and phases there are. We are in the 2nd Phase of the 3rd Stage, which sounds complicated when you have to tell a delivery driver where to go. The area is always full of students and young professionals, so it has a lot of energy. Our office is a basic room where we set up our tech equipment. We do not have any leather chairs or glass-walled boardrooms. It is just a place to work. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with tech issues and talking to people. The building is just a regular one on a street with plenty of other small companies. We do not have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It is a very informal environment. We are just trying to build our company without getting caught up in the corporate nonsense you see in the bigger tech parks. We like the Hulimavu area because it feels like a real part of the city, not just an office block. We do our work, grab some tea from the shop downstairs, and deal with the BTM traffic every evening like everyone else around here.
