Our office is situated in Rama Arcade, which is right on Bowring Hospital Road in Shivaji Nagar. We are on the mezzanine floor, so you have to come up just half a flight of stairs to find us at 49/2. Being in Shivaji Nagar means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside, especially with the hospital so close by. We have people coming in all day long looking for work or asking about different job openings. It’s a small space, but we make it work. The arcade itself has been around for a while and it has that old-school feel to it. We don't really go for anything fancy in terms of decor; it's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. Some days are really hectic when we have a lot of interviews scheduled, and the waiting area gets a bit cramped. But we like the buzz of the city right outside our window. It feels like you’re in the middle of everything here. Most of our clients are local businesses who need a bit of help finding the right staff. We just try to match people up based on what they can actually do. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes from Monday to Saturday. If you’re ever near the hospital, we’re just a short walk away. The stairs are a bit steep but we are right there.
