Talent Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. sits at 151, 1st Main, 11 B Cross. We are in the 2nd Stage area, just West of Chord Road in Mahalakshmipura. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people the address, but we like the location. It’s mostly quiet, which helps when you’re staring at data on a screen all day. We deal with systems and information, trying to make sense of things for our clients. The office is full of monitors and cables tucked under desks. It’s not the most beautiful space, but it’s where we get our work done. Most of us have been working with computers since we were kids, so this kind of stuff comes naturally. We don't have any formal dress codes or corporate rituals. Usually, we just show up, get our coffee, and start working through the pile of tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break, which usually involves going for a walk down the main road or grabbing a snack nearby. We’re a small team, so we end up helping each other out with different projects. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere, even when the workload gets heavy. We’ve stayed in Mahalakshmipura because it’s a good neighborhood and we’ve made a home for the business here over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any of the extra corporate fluff you find elsewhere.
