Taj West End Bangalore

Our place, Taj West End Bangalore, is located at SH 4/30 ASE II in Kaggadaspura. We are right in the DRDO Township area of Bangalore. It is a bit of a specific location to find if you aren't familiar with the township layout. We have a small team working here. We handle the daily operations and make sure things are taken care of. It’s not the huge hotel people might think of when they hear the name; we are based here in Kaggadaspura doing our own thing. The office is simple. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of coffee. Working in the DRDO Township area is a bit different because it’s a controlled space, but we like it. It keeps things calm. We deal with guests and bookings and all the small details that go into running things. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there are events or a lot of people coming through. We don't have a big corporate script to follow. We just talk to people normally and try to be helpful. My manager has been here for years and knows everyone in the building. We just focus on the work at hand. Whether it's answering the phone or fixing a scheduling mistake, we just get on with it. It’s a practical way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine. We hope people who come here feel like they are being looked after by real people who actually care about the results.
