So, we are over in Bangalore, specifically tucked away on Govindappa Lane. If you’ve ever tried to navigate HAL III Stage, you know it can be a bit of a puzzle with all the turns and small streets. Our place at 9/3 isn't hard to find once you get your bearings. We’ve been operating here for a while, and it’s mostly just a daily grind of making sure the rooms are ready and the guests aren't waiting too long at the desk. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the plumbing acts up or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. The area is pretty busy, so there’s always noise from the street, which gives the place some life. We aren’t really into those big speeches about hospitality. We just think if someone pays for a room, they should get a clean bed and a hot shower without any fuss. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the neighborhood well. We spend a lot of time just chatting with people who come through. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this little pocket of HAL feels a bit more grounded. We keep the keys on the rack and the register ready. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the people who stay here. Sometimes we run out of coffee, but there's a stall right nearby.
