Working out of the I.G.I. Airport Complex means our days are tied to the flight schedules. Taj Sats Air Catering Ltd. is a busy operation because the planes don't wait for anyone. Our facility is right there near the runways, so there’s always the roar of engines in the distance. It’s a massive logistical puzzle every single day. We spend our time managing food prep, packing, and making sure everything gets to the right gate at the right time. It’s not a typical office job. There are hairnets, white coats, and a lot of stainless steel everywhere. We have to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake can throw off a whole flight’s service. It’s fast-paced and can be pretty tiring, especially during the peak travel seasons. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The team is large, and everyone has a specific role to play to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be fancy; we’re just trying to get the meals out on time and in good shape. It’s a 24-hour business, so the lights never really go out here. We’ve seen all sorts of changes at the airport over the years, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We’re just the crew behind the scenes making sure the catering part of the journey works.
