Taj Sats Air Catering Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Building 1 of Nandigram Apartments, right there at C7. Being behind the Andheri Recreation Club on Gilbard Hill Road means it’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don’t know the area, but we like the quiet of this spot. Taj Sats Air Catering Ltd has a lot of moving parts, and even though this is an apartment building, we stay busy with the logistics of it all. Andheri West is a crowded place, but Gilbard Hill has its own character. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the shortcuts through the side streets to avoid the main road traffic. We aren't into the flashy corporate lifestyle. Our desks are covered in folders, and the tea lady comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to suppliers or checking schedules. It’s hard work, and the hours can be strange because of how the catering business operates, but the team here is solid. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything like that; we just have our workspace and a small area to heat up our tiffins. It feels more like a small family business because of the location. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of Mumbai where we focus on getting the food to where it needs to be.
