It is a very old part of the city and things can get a bit cramped on the narrow streets around here. Even though the name sounds very formal, we are just people working in a big building in a busy neighborhood. The traffic in Ulsoor is always a bit of a headache, especially near the lake and the main junctions. We see a lot of people coming in and out every day. There is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a door that won't shut right. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. The staff here works hard and we all know each other's families. It’s a bit like a small village inside the building. We have been at this address for a long time. The paint on the outside gets worn down by the rain and the sun, so we have to touch it up now and then. Sometimes the monkeys come around from the trees nearby and cause a bit of trouble on the roof. That’s just part of living in this part of Bangalore. We keep the gate shut and the lights on. It’s a decent place to work.
