Even though the name says Taj Mount Road, Chennai, this specific spot is actually in Kerala. We are at Radhalayam in Chundayil, which is under the Chittariparamba post office in Kannur. It’s a very different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We deal with things from this house, which is just a regular home in a quiet area. There’s plenty of greenery around, and it’s a lot calmer than being in the middle of a city like Chennai. Sometimes the mail takes a little longer to get here, but we are used to that. We handle what we need to from this location. It’s not a big hotel building or a busy office block. It’s just a place where we sit and get through the work that needs doing. Kannur is a beautiful part of India, and we are glad to be tucked away here. We don't have any staff in uniforms or big signs on the gate. It’s just the house name Radhalayam. People in the village know who we are, and that’s about it. We keep our files organized as best as we can in the spare room upstairs. It’s a simple setup for a business that usually has a much bigger presence elsewhere. We just do our part from right here in Kerala, watching the rain and getting things sorted for the day ahead.
