Our place is located over in H A L 3rd Stage in Bangalore. It is a part of the city that has seen a lot of changes over the years, but we have stayed right here. The building is quite large and we have a lot of staff running around at all hours of the day and night to keep everything going. It isn't a quiet job, that is for sure. There is always someone arriving or leaving, and the lobby usually has a few suitcases sitting around while people wait. We spend a lot of time checking the rooms and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next meal. The traffic outside on the main road can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, but once you are inside, it feels a lot calmer. We have a few regular people who come by just to sit and have a coffee, and it is nice to see them. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some new faces who are still learning the ropes. We don't really do anything flashy in the back offices, just a lot of scheduling and making sure the supplies are stocked up. It’s a busy life in Karnataka and we are just trying to keep up with the pace of the city while staying organized. It is just the way we do things here.
