This office is located over in Erappa Layout, right behind the Syndicate Bank in Banaswadi. If you know Bangalore, you know this area gets pretty crowded these days. We have been operating out of number 12 for some time now. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Most people find us by looking for the bank first since it’s a big landmark. We deal with various things related to the hotels and resorts from this branch. It isn’t a huge building, just a regular space in the layout. Sometimes the traffic in Banaswadi makes it a bit of a pain to reach, but that's just Bangalore life for you. We have a small team here working on the day-to-day tasks. The layout itself is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. You might see us grabbing tea at the corner shop during breaks. We’ve got our hands full with different projects across the properties. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. We don’t do much fancy talk here, just get the paperwork and planning sorted out. If you are coming by, try to avoid the peak hours or you’ll be stuck on the main road for ages. We are usually here from early morning until the evening. We try to keep our desks organized but with all the files, it is hard to stay perfectly neat.
