It’s a bit of a specific address because we operate out of an apartment-style setup. Even though the name Taj Group of Hotels is big, this particular office handles the local side of things for the Taj Connemara. It’s a quiet place, mostly just a few of us at our desks handling paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a grand lobby or anything like that here. It’s just a practical space where the administrative work gets done. We’ve been in RT Nagar for a good while, and it’s a nice neighborhood to be in. We have some tea and snacks in the afternoon while we go through the files. It’s not a corporate high-rise, which I think makes it a bit more comfortable to work in every day. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure everything is organized so the hotel operations can run smoothly elsewhere. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but we don't mind it too much. It’s a simple, honest way to work and we just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving along without any fuss.
