Taj Group Of Hotels

We are located over at 16 B'Block in the IT Colony area of Bangalore. Taj Group Of Hotels is a big name, but this specific office is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. It is a fairly straightforward building in a busy part of Karnataka. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic on the main roads. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on the phone. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations here; it is more about getting the work done and making sure the hotels have what they need. Some days the weather is nice and we can see the trees from the window, which is a nice break from the screens. We have a small canteen nearby where most of us grab lunch. It is not the most glamorous part of the hospitality world, but it is necessary. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files every single day. People think hotel work is all about white gloves and silver platters, but here it is mostly about coordination and making sure the logistics are right. It is a steady rhythm we have going. We just show up, do the job, and head home like everyone else in this city. It is a good place to work if you like staying busy.
