Taj Group Of Hotels

We are situated over at HAL 2nd Stage in Indira Nagar. Bangalore is a big place, but this neighborhood has its own rhythm. We are part of the Taj Group Of Hotels, but this specific office is where the actual day-to-day coordination happens. It’s not like the fancy lobbies you see in the pictures. It’s more about the paperwork, the schedules, and the constant emails. The building we are in is decent, but it’s definitely a workspace first. We have rows of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. Indira Nagar is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We hear the bikes and the cars all day long. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know each other's habits. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria. Most of the time, we just bring our own tiffins or grab something from the street vendors. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't spend time on long meetings about big goals or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be fixed or organized and we get to it. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people are where they need to be. It’s hard work, but we are a steady crew and we just get on with it every morning.
