We are based over in Balaji Nagar in Bangalore, right near the DRC Post. The address is 11/A on the 2nd Main and 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that works for us because we are mostly focused on the restaurant side of things. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for the food business, like sorting out the supplies and making sure the kitchens have what they need to cook every day. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open mostly. You can often hear the traffic from the main road, but it’s not too bad. The office is always smelling a bit like spices because someone is usually testing a new recipe or bringing in food from one of the outlets. We aren't a big corporate chain with suits; we are more likely to be seen in jeans and t-shirts, just trying to make sure the food tastes right and the customers are happy. It is a lot of hard work and the hours can be long, especially on weekends when everyone else is out eating. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors about the price of onions or tomatoes. It’s a simple life really, just focused on good food and making sure the restaurants run without any major hiccups. We have a small team and we’ve all been working together for a long time now.
