T Stop Ventures Llp is based out of J003 in the Keerthi Harmony Apartments on TC Palaya Main Road. Working from an apartment complex in Bangalore North gives us a bit of a different perspective than being in a big commercial tower. It’s a bit more personal here. You see your neighbors and the security guards every day, and it feels more like a community than just a place of business. We handle different ventures from this ground-floor unit. It’s a bit tight sometimes when we have a lot going on, but we make it work. TC Palaya Main Road is usually humming with activity, which is nice for when we need a break. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team trying to make our way and build something meaningful. There is no corporate manual here or strict dress codes to follow. We just show up and put in the hours. Sometimes we work from the small garden area if the weather is nice. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going well, we’re happy. If there are hiccups, we deal with them as they come. It’s a very human way of running a business, and we wouldn't want it any other way. Bangalore is a big city, but our little spot in Keerthi Harmony feels just right for us and the work we do.
