T B S Technologies Pvt Ltd is located on 100 Feet Road Lbs Marg 91. It’s a busy stretch of road and there’s always something happening outside with the traffic and the shops. We occupy a small office space that’s mostly filled with desks and a few cabinets for our files. We do technical work, mostly related to software and systems for other companies that need a hand. It isn't the kind of place with a lobby or a fancy water fountain. We have a small table for tea and a few chairs for visitors, though we don't get many walk-ins. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. The team is just a handful of people who have worked together for ages now. We know each other’s habits and how we like our coffee in the morning. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We don't have those big corporate values posters on the wall. We just have a calendar and some notes taped to the monitors so we don't forget things. Some days are long, especially when a project is nearing the end and we have bugs to find. We just keep working until it’s finished properly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we like it. We like the fact that we can just focus on the task without too much fuss or unnecessary meetings.
