Systems Solutions

Systems Solutions is up on the 2nd floor of 262 Mathikere, right on Chakan Ambedhan Road. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you're coming up. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a busy road outside with plenty of shops and people moving about. Inside our office, it’s mostly just computers, some spare parts lying around, and us trying to fix whatever problem has come up that day. We aren't some big corporate tech firm with a gym or a cafeteria. We mostly have some old desks and a kettle for making tea when we get a break. The work involves a lot of troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working like they should. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of different systems for people in the neighborhood and nearby businesses. There's no script for how we talk to people; we just listen to what’s wrong and see if we can help. The lighting in the office could be better, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it’s home to us. We stay pretty busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone realizes their equipment is acting up. We just take things one task at a time and try to get through the day until it's time to head home. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied.
