Systel Ites

Our office is situated near Arekere Gate on Bannerghatta Road. If you know Bangalore, you know that this road is one of the busiest ones around. There is always a constant stream of traffic, and the sound of horns is just part of our daily background noise. We are close to the gate, which makes it a bit easier for people to find us among all the other buildings. The space we have is functional and pretty basic. We have rows of desks and computers where we handle the ITES work. It gets a bit dusty because of all the road construction that seems to happen all the time on Bannerghatta Road. We spend a lot of time with our headsets on, trying to ignore the noise outside. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a standard commercial block. We have a small area where we keep our bags and have our lunch. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share. It is a very regular office vibe where everyone just puts their head down and works. We don't have any flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see everyone busy at their stations. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we take the stairs. It is a bit of a workout, but it keeps us moving. Being in this part of Bangalore means we are near a lot of shops and food stalls, which is nice.
