You can find Syscon Innovation Services Llp on the 2nd floor of building No 654/13 in the 3rd Block of Bangalore North. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office, just the essentials for the work we do. Being in Bangalore North, we’re surrounded by a mix of old houses and new businesses. We focus on innovation services, which basically means we spend a lot of time brainstorming and trying out new ideas to see what sticks. It’s a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Some days things go great, and other days we have to start over from scratch. That’s just how it goes when you’re trying to build something new. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time, so the office feels pretty casual. We aren't into that whole polished corporate culture. We’d rather just wear comfortable clothes and get the work finished. The 3rd Block is a good area to be in, with plenty of places to grab a quick bite during the lunch hour. We like the local feel of this neighborhood. It’s not as flashy as some other parts of the city, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to provide helpful services to those who need them without overcomplicating things or making big promises we can't keep.
